We have been using this wonderful product for many years. We truly believe this has helped one of our beloved dogs with her hip problem and give a dose of it to her with every meal. We have always purchased this product from local pet supply stores, until last month when we ordered it on Amazon. Upon opening the bottle from Amazon my wife immediately noticed something was wrong. The liquid was crystal clear and appeared to be water. I shook the bottle vigorously and poured some of it in my hand. It certainly looked like water to me and we are returning it for a refund. I have no idea what could have happened but we will go back to buying it from local pet supply stores.

My dog is aging, and although generally pretty spirited in his youth, has began to show signs of joint pains, and slow down. At the recommendation of a neighbor, I bought one big bottle of this, and slowly upped him to a full dosage of this, then had to order several more! He's almost has the confidence of a puppy now, as he is no longer "grumpy" and in obvious pain. I did take him to the vet for the record, and the vet pretty much said "He's healthy but is just getting older". This is the fountain of youth for dogs!

I have several senior dogs. A German Shepherd/ Husky mix and a German Shorthair Pointer who are both starting to have some joint issues. Especially the shepherd. Poor thing is well into hip dysplasia now at 10years old. Its rough to witness and be able to do so very little to help or ease her pain.I only switched them to this particular brand of glucosamine formula last summer when I couldn't find my old brand at the store. When I read how high the Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM is in this formulation, I had to try it. Especially since the price is so reasonable.So far, I have noticed both elder dogs are walking a bit better. At least the addition to their kibble has seemed to slow the disease progression somewhat, even if it hasn't relieved their issues altogether. Of course, literally nothing can. But we will take whatever help we can get. I hate watching my animals suffer, even if it is just a natural part of the aging process.And the good news is that all the dogs seem to like the flavors well enough. I just pour the appropriate amount for each dogs weight over their morning kibble. Even the puppy has been getting some. As a Shepherd/Malamute its in his genes to develop hip problems later in life, so I figure a little preventative nutrition won't hurt anything. And so far, so good.

Medicating most cats is a major challenge in my experience. Getting them to take a pill is very difficult (or impossible), and liquid medications are also something they will resist, often spitting it back out even if somehow you did manage to get it into the back of their mouth. And they can be very fussy, of course: even a flavor they love today might might turn out to be unacceptable tomorrow. Well, I can hereby testify that the Unflavored version of Liquid-Vet Hip & Joint has been incredibly easy to get our cats to consume. I pour a little bit all over each serving of wet food, and even if they don't actually eat all the food they *do* make a point of licking up every last drop of the medicine. Although it allegedly has no flavor [n.b., I haven't taste-tested it myself, but it has no smell that I can detect] our cats seem to genuinely like something about it. They might also like the other flavored versions, but I'm gonna stick with the one that definitely works and which they like. We've gone thru a whole bottle and they still like it.With regard to the efficacy of the medication, it is a subtle benefit which doesn't immediately make itself apparent. But one of our cats has a problem with arthritic paws and during her second day of taking this supplement she became more active and less concerned about jumping down to the floor from elevated surfaces. The other cat we are treating with this has some mouth swelling from various dental problems (which we've addressed, but his mouth was a sad mess when we adopted him as a rescue from the streets where he'd been abandoned as a kitten). He seems to be more comfortable thanks to Liquidations-Vet and will even cooperate with one of us poking around his mouth to take a look.Bottom line: this stuff is terrific.

I had emailed the seller about this supplement because I couldn't smell any beef, as he said, there is a slight odor that the dogs can smell. But who cares, this stuff is unbelievable. My 8-9 year old pooch on had knee problems in both back legs, very noticeable & we were already very worried after about a month & a half. The vet called it Luxating patella. I had never heard of it. After less than a week on this joint supplement, she is totally better, walks like she never had it. My husband & I didn't want to say anything to eachother thinking we were nuts, but when I mentioned it, he totally agreed!Does this work that fast? Apparently so. We give her fish oil but that hadn't helped. We are so happy and will always order this. 🐶

Our mini Schnauzer developed problems with her back hips and could barely walk. She frequently fell as her hips gave out and her legs collapsed. It was so bad, we were considering having her put to sleep. She has been taking liquid vet advanced hip and joint for a month. Her stance is almost normal, she walks and runs, and is not showing signs of being in pain. We had a few days of bad weather. Her back legs shook and she moved slowly for those days but was still so much better than without the supplement. Thank you for an excellent product!

This review is long overdue. It's been a lifesaver for our old Cooper dog! If we forget to put it on his food (which rarely happens, because he waits for us to do so), we can tell a difference in his pain level within a few hours. We've been consistently using this product for the last few years and have never been disappointed! Cooper loves it and moves so much easier because of it. We love it for the same reason! Definitely recommend this to everyone we know and even those we don't!

My dog likes this. It works well and is reasonably priced. The only problem is they don’t seem to stock the 2 other flavours: Pot Roast & Bacon. My dog LOVES the Bacon flavour!!

Liquid Vet has kept my almost 16 year old girlie mobile and sometimes still cheeky for the last 3 years! Highly recommend this product for any pooch with arthritic or other joint problems if you can afford the cost of it. The greatest drawback is the price...just shy of $60 Cdn....very very hard on a senior pension to purchase. Doubt that I will be able to afford to buy again with everything else in Canada increasing in cost with the carbon tax and myriads of other taxes while pension income remains stagnant.

My Lab/pit bull mix turned 14 on Sept. 5, 2019. She was hit by a car when she was a puppy and had surgery on both her back legs. (I rescued her from abusive home.) She is now limping, and this supplement may have helped but I have not seen any evidence of it. To be fair she has taken this supplement for the last 3 months (purchased from another vendor) and I thought this advanced formula would help. There has been no change. I massage her legs with salve to give her some relief but all she has been through and aging has taken it's toll. I had to return it.

Need a few more days to make a judgement.

My dog is 19 and it keeps him going but nothing yet was supposed to be Friday but it's Mo day night nothing yet.
