You can't power wash stucco without it chipping the paint (learned the hard way), so I sprayed this on the exterior and whala! No scrub is right! I sprayed sections and waited 10 minutes and then rinsed with a hose. It literally came right off and the house looks brand new! I will definitely keep this on-hand. Note, some green algae stains were there for at least 2 years and it took 2-3 applications and rinses. But it did the job well. I hate cleaning and they had me at "no scrub!" This stuff works and does what it says it will do. I'm a fan! UPDATE: This stuff works great, but note -- do not use it on stained wood. It literally stripped the stain right off of a door, so the door needs to be restained. The marketing copy needs to address this - as "all surfaces" is misleading. (It's old and leaks) it took me several sprays around the entire bottom half of the shower and it LITERALLY started falling off. I was amazing and excited because I sisnt have to scrub at all! No kidding! As soon as i saw it breaking up all I had to do was turn the shower on and then off . I got a large cup and filled it up with water a couple times to rinse it off. It just floated down the drain. It does have a bleach smell to it but definitely not as strong. This product appears to have cleared almost all of it away after one use. CONS: 1) the pump bottle was bit hard to use as it was heavy and I had to carry it all over. 2) I really needed a wider spray. The narrow stream did not easily cover all of the affected areas. 3) I did have to scrub very problematic areas to remove growth. PROS: 1) some minor growth areas turned black within a few minutes. Tougher areas took a day or so. But nearly every visible colony appears to have been killed. 2) I rinsed some tough areas with water spray, but rain washed other areas clean. 3) Except for a few areas in between boards, the green is practically gone.
