You can’t fill a tube to the top or the applicator foot will not be able to go into the tube without making it explode or spill out the top. You have to leave space for the applicator to go inside without overflowing. With these being tall and having a thin applicator, these were much easier to avoid overfilling than many other types of lipgloss tubes I’ve used before. I could fill these very full, nearly to the top without leaking.
