BIQU Panda Claw, Extruder Gear Assembly for Bambu-Lab X1C P1P P1S 3D Printers, Golden RNC Nano-Coated Extruder Gear, Smoother and More Even Flow, Longer Service Life

Received December 6, installed December 7. Installed per manufacturer instructions. First thing to note is that the pieces are beautifully machined and the instructions are clear and thorough. After installation I attempted my first print. (Polyterra filament) Immediately after starting the print the filament was not being pulled through into the nozzle. Before disassembly I attempted again while selecting a different filament( Bambu pla basic) from the AMS. This also failed to feed. After second attempt I removed the face cover of the hot end and compared the original extrustion gears and the BIQU replacements. The original gears squeeze the filament, which actually grabs the filament, pulling it down the the nozzle. The replacement unit does not grab the filament tight enough to pull it down and sort of grinds the side of the filament. I have since reinstalled the original parts and the printer is running fine. Hope this helps someone.

Easy to install and works better and better quality then original gear system.

I love BIQU products, It provides excellent grip for very filament that I have used with it with one exception while using TPU which may be solved by releasing some tension
