Exceptional quality
Lately I've been wowed by the quality & freshness of Amazon Fresh produce and this fennel is no exception; really large bulbs, super fresh and in superb condition. It puts to shame the fennel I saw in a premium supermarket at the weekend, and it was three times the price!

A good price but not perfect texturally.
Well flavoured and extremely well priced but slightly coarser (maybe … stringy?) in texture. Perhaps, due to the hot weather, it hadn’t had enough water whilst growing. Will try again.
