How do I change the colors of the backlight? I’m pressing down on the knob and nothing is happening

Press the VR knob or FN+INS key to enter the ligthing effect mode. You may refer to points two and three on the page one of the Operating Manual.

Is there a way to make the knob in the top right, and the buttons just next to it, function as multimedia controls? (volume, next, etc)

I use this keyboard for every day use. The Tab key and Caps Lock key do not not work. It this a setting issue or is defective keyboard?
