Yes matched locks can be purchased however they have to be the same size and you get six identical keys

Yes, it CAN be a problem even if you remove the handles. If your lock case within the door gearbox is the same both sides, ie both the external and internal sides are tight euro cylinder shape, then pushing through from the inside will make no difference. You'll still have to file the lock case or the bumps.

Q: It shows 45mm external / 50mm internal in the pictures, but it is told the opposite in the title. Which one is correct?

turn.the.lock.through.180.degrees.and.it.will.be.50mm/45mm.

Q: If a key is mistakenly left on the inside of the lock, can another key be used outside to open the door?

If the door is locked on the inside and key left in the lock, then an external key cannot unlock the door. This is how we leave the door overnight.
