Great hardware with severe technical issues
This thing blue screened on me in the middle of using it for the first time, brand new out of the box. It proceeded to do it again every day for 2 weeks until I manually updated Bios, drivers, and a gamut of other technical wizardry. I honestly thought it was bricked. Also, it gets HOT. The cooling is managed by some small and slim fans that are almost pressed into the ground. If you run this laptop on high settings just sitting on a table, eventually the actual keys will become too hot to touch. On the bright side, they are quieter than most. The screen quality is absolutely stunning. The anti-glare is unbeatable and it handles games like baulders gate on high settings like a champ. The laptop is fast and if it’s plugged in very rarely struggles. Even the case itself is pretty tough and lightweight. The multiple ports have been handy as well. Unfortunately, I just can’t in good conscience recommend it. It is good value for money, but the technical problems I had when I first bought it had me pulling my hair out and ready to send it back. Really unacceptable issues for a piece of equipment this expensive.

A little glitchy at times but a very solid choice if you can get around that
Really great computer, it has great performance though it has been a bit glitchy at times but never when I’m playing a game. I mostly use this to run clip studio paint and when on the performance setting I’ve had no problems. If it’s on battery saver I’ve had it crash a lot on me but once I put it on performance mode in battery settings it worked like a charm. I think other than a few small glitches it works like a charm, it was as easy as any other windows computer to set up and it has a very high speed for the price that it is. Be warned that it’s not very great to actually have on your laptop as it does get pretty hot but it’s better than the inside being melted which happened to my last laptop.

Crashing out of box every week
I bought this at Best Buy but I’m sorry to say that this laptop looks nice but does not work. It’s so unreliable, crashing and running into usage errors. I had this exchanged and it’s still having issues. I don’t know why all the reviews online were so positive, because it is a piece of trash. I didn’t know until I looked at the specific errors I found online. Then I noticed my issue is not uncommon but actually very common. Asus is not reliable.
