Good customer support.
Though the bag is bigger outside than its capacity due to all the folds, is an intelligent idea and is well made. Did not work for my purposes, but importantly, I do acknowledge the good response from the company. They have a return policy with shipping costs charged to the customer for small items, but they worked it out for me.
