Tens across the board!
I've been battling poor posture for as long as I can remember. I try to remind myself to sit and stand up straight, but that's not very effective since I always forget! Now that I'm in my 30s, my posture is still horrible. It makes my neck and shoulders ache, and it just looks unflattering. I'm 5'6, but with my slouching I'm about 5'4.I've wanted to get something for a while that might help, but I had no follow through. And then I finally just had enough and started looking for something that I thought looked simple to use. I ended up buying the Marakym posture corrector. It arrived incredibly fast, and I was excited to try it out.·It's adjustable, so you'll probably find the perfect fit.· The arm pads are useful! Without them it feels a bit sharp digging into my underarms.· The upper back support was felt right away.· It really keeps you from slouching!I was a little lost at first about how to get it on, but managed nicely once I got all of the straps straight. It comes with a carrying bag and some kinesiology tape that I can't wait to use when I start my new workout regimen. By the way, there was only a slight smell with this item. It's really not a big deal though since it's brand new, and it will fade.I'm so happy with this posture corrector and can't wait to see how it helps me over time. I feel like my actual height now! For the posture corrector, bag, and tape, the price is great. I would absolutely recommend for anybody who needs to improve their posture. It's important to do this as soon as you can because your physical health is important and you don't want to wait until it's too much to deal with.Go and buy this!

Keeps Me from Slumping
This posture corrector is easy to put on (once I knew how) and comfortable to wear for hours at a time when I'm sitting at my computer, driving or riding in the car, watching tv or walking. I feel like it opens up my upper lungs when I wear it and that I breathe more fully when I am wearing it. I have found I shouldn't use it when doing bending and carrying tasks such as taking my boxes of holiday decorations in and out of the attic. It became uncomfortable. I think it is beginning to improve my posture when I am not wearing it because I am more aware of what good posture feels like and I correct myself more often. It is not bulky and I have worn it under my coat when I go out walking or shopping. My only complaint is that it did not come with instructions on how to put it on or how to adjust it to your body. I went on YouTube to find a video.

Seems to work but disapointed in the designed
I decided to go with this posture corrector after evaulating several options. This brand was highly rated and I feel like when it is on it's effective at keeping the shoulders back and improving posture. My only con, and it's a pretty big one, is that it's difficult/impossible to tighten yourself when it's on your back. The angle of the tighening straps are behind you and no arm can move in a reverse 90 degree angle to tighten it meaning it requires a second person to tighen it and properly align the device. My wife is happy to help but I'd rather have one that I can put on myself.I'm going to considering returning this to find one that I can self tighten.

Good Quality!
I am disabled and have multiple issues with my spine. I typically sit and walk very hunched over and I’m not terribly old so it’s quite embarrassing and it also causes me additional pain. So I’ve been looking for something to help with that. I’ve been using this product for about a week and a half now and I’ve noticed definite improvement in my posture when I’m sitting or walking. I do recommend that you follow the instructions and only wear it for brief periods of time at first. You do start to get used to it. The straps are quite sturdy, made of Velcro and adjustable so it’s easy to get a secure fit even on my small frame. I did get some sensitivity in the area underneath my arms and so I do recommend wearing it over some type of shirt to reduce the irritation it might cause, I feel the underarm area could definitely use more padding. Also, you can see the brace when you are wearing it underneath your clothes. I was quite surprised by the quality of this product though. It came in a nice box with everything individually wrapped. It also comes with a carrying case which makes it convienant to bring with you to work or wherever. There was also a bonus of kinesiology tape which was great because it’s something I use all the time on my joints. Overall a good product!

so glad I bought this!
Since quarantine started I've been sitting around A LOT more (tv, reading, working, puzzling) and not going to the gym. I'm only 38 and pretty fit, but I recently noticed a gross fatty hump popping up at the top of my back from slumping over too much! I freaked out and started working out, stretching my back more, and getting a proper work from home set up, but it didn't have an effect. I've only been using this product a few days but it has already helped aesthetically so much! The hump is still slightly there but it's definitely smaller. I love how this forces me to sit up super straight when I'm working. It's also been great for when I puzzle (I tend to hunch over the puzzle). I do start to feel some pain after an hour or two of using the harness from an old back injury (car accident, left muscle seized up). So my left side starts to get really tight after a while, probably because it's not used to good posture. I then take off the harness and put it back on later. I usually use this harness a few times a day- a few hours in the morning, then again in the afternoon. Great product, I'm hoping the hump fully goes away and that my back gets used the position! Also as an fyi- I'm 5'3 108 lbs. This fits but I have to really pull the strap way up to velcro it.

Quality materials, very adjustable, and seems to do what it promises...
I had a goal for a better posture to improve my golf game! I looked around at a variety of posture correctors and read a lot of reviews. They all seemed reasonably similar. various comments pro & con. I think i more or less ended up with this one by throwing a dart at a dart board! in any event, i'm very happy. it might have a been few dollars more than others but i really like it. it is well made from quality materials. It seems like it should last. it is very adjustable. my wife & i both use it and it easily readjusts for our different body types. And using it, along with some basic stretching & strengthening exercises seems to be really helping. my wife tells me that i look better and i know that everyday it is becoming more natural to stand up straight. it is used to hurt a bit to use the device and otherwise stand up straighter. now is becoming uncomfortable when i fall back to my slouch. i did learn along the way that it is best for me to use the corrector while doing day to day things, like preparing a meal, eating a meal, sitting on a chair to read or watch videos. i can really feel how ingrained my slouch was and how i should instead bend at the hip a bit when need to bring my arms down for whatever.

Unimpressed, hurts my neck
I have used affordably-priced posture correctors for a couple years now. I chose this one based on the reviews, and I am not impressed. I don't think one size fits all. I'm about 5'4" with 32-34" waist. The straps are so large on me that I had to cut the velcro, which is slightly problematic because only the tips of the straps are velcro. The straps are always visible through shirts (even with t-shirt necklines). I also found it a little difficult to figure out which direction to put the posture corrector (I would often put it on upside down the first time around), and I have difficulty tightening the straps. I much prefer the velcro adjuster to be around the chest. I didn't find the underarm/armpits to be uncomfortable as reported by other reviewers, especially in comparison to other brands. It does do what it's supposed to do: my shoulders are pulled back, but I find it pushes my neck forward, which then hurts my posture overall. I've given it a try a couple of times, and ultimately decided this product isn't for me.

Recommended, Worth the price.
The Goods:#1. Immediate pain releif, seriously. When I took it off, I examined it for a hard bar or pressure point module or magic...on the spinal strap nothing. Just keeping my shoulders back. If only I was mindful enough to do this without assistance (shrug).#2. I am a 330lbs, 5'3" woman ... and I was able to get this contraption on without assistance.#3. The cushioned pads on the shoulder straps are adjustable, so you can move them around your shoulders to protect any painful or irritating points. (Under arms or front of the shoulders)#4. Came with a draw string back and body tape.#5. Oddly, after both my daughter and I taking turns wearing this brace, we were both able to crack our upper vertebrae just by stretching. OMG, It felt so incredibly nice! The eh's:#1. The product smells...chemically.The smell does dissipate, but is noticable.#2. The industrial strength velcro can be irritating and uncomfortableTake away:It is comfortable, easy enough, effective pain releif ... I am wearing it a 3rd time now (over a shirt to avoid irritation).
