Anyone eat this like a chocolate bar for keto diet?

This is for baking and isn't sweetened at all so it's very bitter. I sometimes use it to make a totally-non-keto fudge. :O

Is this the best kind to use for making the base of Peppermint Bark or will the milk chocolate be better??

This is a quality chocolate- you can use this or even the 60% dark-which is delicious for candy making- milk chocolate does not always set back up and can be easily burned/seperated while melting-each type of chocolate has its own temperature when being tempered by manufacturer. I prefer the 60%- Pastry Chef Kat! Enjoy!
