Great Home smoker
Love this little smoker, easy to put together and it works like a dream I'm smoking lewis river steelhead right now see how this turns

Need to measure temperature independently of the units temp
I really like this smoker. I've done chicken, ribs and pork belly since I've had it this month. The temperature control works well but is 50 to 60 degrees low. If I need 220 I just set it to 270. It hold it at 220 then. I guess this is a problem for some but I use an additional thermometer and call it all good.

Great Electric Smoker
My son loves this electric smoker. I purchased it for his birthday. He said it is easy to use and maintain, offering convenient "set it and forget it" temperature control and consistent results for beginner and experienced smokers, which he is. He said he would definitely recommend this smoker... Was a great birthday gift! Thank You..works as advertised!!

It has a big dent in it after I took it out of all the packaging

Company stands by product
Bought the item, assembled it, plugged it in and turned it on no problem. Went to use it for the first time a few days later to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving and the heating element cracked. Edit - The manufacturer contacted me and replaced the heating element for no charge. I have since replaced the destroyed part and have found the smoker to be satisfactory. I was pleased with the speed with which the issue was remedied and with the smoker's performance following the repair. Thank you for standing by your product.
