Noticeable improvement in my breathing and snoring
I decided to try the Airmax Nasal Dilator Trial Pack after struggling with snoring and nasal congestion at night. I also have mild sleep apnoea, so I was looking for something that might help improve my airflow while sleeping. The trial pack was a great idea because it let me find the size that suited me best. Once I found the right fit, I noticed it gently opened my nasal passages without feeling uncomfortable. It took a night or two to get used to wearing it, but after that I barely noticed it was there. I woke up feeling like I was breathing more easily through my nose, and my partner commented that my snoring seemed to be reduced on the nights I wore it. The dilators are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to clean, and they stayed in place throughout the night. The quality is much better than I expected, and they're far more comfortable than some other anti-snoring products I've tried. While everyone's experience will be different, this has made a positive difference for me and has become part of my nightly routine. If you're looking for a non-invasive way to improve nasal airflow and potentially reduce snoring, the trial pack is definitely worth trying to find your ideal fit.

No good
Waste of money. I have a deviated septum and thought it be better than using breathe right nose strips every night which can work out costly. These airmax need replacing every 3 months so thought it would be better in the long run. I have a little nose and narrow passages so naturally went with the small. I had no issue getting it inside but it was very very uncomfortable, like on verge of painful. I sleep on my sides at times and they dig in and can't sleep for how uncomfortable and painful they make my nose when sleeping on my sides. They also set my nose streaming and moment I gently blew my nose due to this, the airmax came right out without any difficulty, so no way it would have lasted all night. I didn't put it back in as saw no point and went the night without it. In terms of breathing, well, I never noticed any difference with it in to without it. When I use the breathe right nose strips, I notice an immediate improvement in my nose breathing but not with airmax. I bought these to save money but instead wasted money. Disappointed.

Started off great, but don't think I'll continue to use.
First two nights they were great, easy to put in, felt immediate benefit. But around 5am became uncomfortable so removed. Third night nose was feeling more delicate when trying to put them in, finally got it comfortable and my little boy whacked me in the face in his sleep and wow I was in immense pain, removed it immediately, felt like I was going to have nose bleed or something. This was 2 days ago now and the middle inside hit of my nose is still tender so I don't think I'll be continuing with them.

Didn’t do the job for me but they will for someone.
I really wanted to love these, and though they didn’t quite work for me, I think they’re a good product. It absolutely depends on the shape of your nose whether these will work for you. I tried both sizes and found the small one was the most comfortable, but it wasn’t comfortable enough for me to sleep in. I do have a nose piercing, but the interior paddles of the dilator didn’t touch it, so I have discounted the nose piercing as a contributing factor to my discomfort. It certainly did expand my airways, however it seems my problem comes from further up my nasal passages. Importantly for me, it made my breathing louder. I am a very light sleeper, so this was an unwelcome source of sound. Also, it seemed to cause my nose to drip a little, and gave the sensation of a drippy nose. The sensations were too distracting for me to aid in sleep. I did feel both sizes eventually were working their way out of my nose so I don’t think it’s the most stable for me, though I recognise the sport version will have worked better. It was very easy to remove, and quite easy to fit once you get past the discomfort. The stability of the dilator is enough that I will use them during the day, but not at night.

Unimpressed
I didn't find this to be anything special and not as good as the nasal strips I had used in the past, where I noticed an immediate improvement upon application and deterioration upon removal, which was maintained. After one night the larger dilator had compressed, so it was only slightly larger than the smaller one, which meant it wouldn't widen the nostrils as much as intended. It also sits lower down the nostril compared to the nasal strips I have the flexibility to place mid-nose for best effect at the narrowest point. I also found the dilator half hanging out the nose one morning, so it wouldn't have done much! It's also a bit uncomfortable having something stuck in your nose, although it didn't stop me from sleeping. Disappointing given they claim of 76% more air when used. Maybe more air in the nostrils, but no good for me if I still can't breathe it in.

Best dilator by a country mile so far
I was recently diagnosed with a nose abnormality which explains my 5 year history of snoring and dry mouth during the night. Basically, an operation is out of the question due to waiting lists on the NHS because of Covid, and also would not be guaranteed to work, so the consultant recommended possibly trying nasal dilators. I have been using a snoring app which gives me a 'snore score' and together with whether I feel like I've had a better night's sleep, I've been keeping a record of which strategies and devices work. I think I've purchased every one going - or I feel like I have! The small solid bucket ones, the adjustable ones, the basket ones and now these Airmax ones. Comfort and fit? Putting them in feels completely unnatural. If you don't push them in far enough, they are just an obstacle in the nose, but if you gently twiddle with each one to make sure that the flat 'paddle' is as far back as it will go, you suddenly feel very comfortable. It takes a bit of manouevering to get it right. I find the larger size doesn't move about too much and keeps my airways open much better. The other dilators worked a little, but some created a 'whistling' sound, which was annoying, and weren't sturdy enough and dislodged during the night. The adjustable ones were pretty good and opened my airways, but annoyingly only brought my 'snore score' down slightly. Whereas these Airmax ones worked all night through, and so far have brought my 'snore score' right down to between 15 and 20 (with no devices had averaged about 50). I'm delighted with it - as regardless of the snoring, I'm not waking all night with a dry mouth and I feel like I'm getting oxygen during the night. Can thoroughly recommend so far. My only criticism is that they are pricy and I feel like I'll need a few.

Uncomfortable & doesn't work unfortunately
Cheap rubbish made out of silcone. No matter what size you wear its uncomfortable regardless what one. Yes they open the air ways in the nose and yes I could breathe better but it did not stop my snoring and the nasal dilator never stayed in overnight. Every morning I woke up the dilator was lost somewhere. Uncomfortable feels like two fingers in your nose when trying to sleep. Anything to prevent snoring for the mrs but I have bought three different gadgets off Amazon prime and one star for all they above!

Ca marche ! Un meilleur sommeil, sans bruit !
Article vraiment efficace !
