Why is it £130 more expensive than it is on the official lego website and lego shop?

Because amazon is not an official Seller. Only Smyths UK can sell them. These guys buy from lego or smyths and are re selling them on here, hence the mark up in price

Does this fit together with the other lego harry potter sets? i already have the clock tower and great hall?

I do not believe that it will. This is the whole castle including great hall and tower and I believe the scale of the other sets is different.
