BOSCH 34010892 QuietCast Premium Disc Brake Rotor - Front, 277.9mm (Single)

I installed these on my Mazda 3 and they work great so far. They are progressive with good feel, but not too much bite, but still plenty of stopping power. Very smooth and quiet too. Though to be fair, the old pads and rotors were completely shot, so just about anything would have been an improvement. They were easy to install once I got the old rotors off. The old ones were a major PIA to remove. Tried heat, penetrating oil, pry bars. I finally just beat them like a harp seal. Once the old ones were off, the new ones went on easy and fit just like OEM parts.

Quality at a fair price. Installation was as expected.

Keep in mind you’ll need your rotors turned or you’ll need new quality replacements...that still might need turning it’s usually cheaper just to replace the rotors, which is sad. Anyhow, replace or turn rotors with new pads. You’ll likely encounter greatest trouble getting your old rotors off the hub. Start the day before with soaking the bolts or screws down there. Unless you are blessed with a (clear) threaded hole to get more leverage, you might end us sheepishly going to a local brake shop to have them get the old ones off/put these on.

Perfect fit as usual. Bosch makes great rotors. Super quite, and doesn't rust. Old VS New.

Replaced the front rotors on my 2012 Mazda 3 with these. They perform just like oem if not better. They seem to be well made and high quality. Fitment was also great.

If you’re like me and bought this for your 2010/11 Mazda 3S or whatever 2.5L sub-model you have because Amazon says they fit, be aware that the rotor is about 0.5-1.0” shorter in diameter to stock! Unfortunately I was in a pinch and needed rotors/pads. I mainly drive locally so it’s not a huge deal, but you lose some stopping power when the pads aren’t making full contact.

I installed these rotors with the Bosch application for pads (Bosch BC1044 QuietCast Brake Pad Set) for my car (a Mazda 3 with the 2.0L non-skyactive engine). The braking performance is top notch. At least as good as OE, if not better. Dust and wear rate better than most aftermarket stuff like Certified, Wagner, Monroe, etc). However, the one and only issue I have is, often when cold and/or wet, and the car has sat for at least a few hours (over night), upon first brake application, particularly a light brake application, there is a bit of squeal. This goes away after the first brake application or two, but it is quite predictable based on the conditions described. And yes high-temp anti-squeal brake lube supplied with the pad kit was applied to the back of the pads.

Fantastic finish on these rotors. Very well built. Brakes are now quiet and nice and smooth. I would buy again. Paid $50 each.

Excellent purchase.

Excellent product, had a very very good machined surface. Had to wait a long time for shipment so don't buy these if you need to replace your discs right away.
