I was interested in this mattress for a number of reasons: 1. I had just moved out, far away and needed a bed. Something inexpensive, but quality (sounds too good to be true, right?) I wasn't sure what kind of bed I wanted yet, but since I hadn't found a place yet and was staying with a friend who lived in a bachelors suite, I decided that something more "portable" would be convenient, especially because... 2. I was a temporary guest and didn't know how many places I'd be staying in until I found my own place. I needed a bed that could be moved around, and for that, a standard mattress is just not going to work. The folding aspect was also appealing since... 3. I would need a guest bed when I got my own place. This bed was meant to be temporary for me until I got a larger one. Something that could be tucked away was important, but so was comfort, because... 4. Everyone in my family who would be staying with me has back problems, including me. Especially my mom. Finding something that was also comfortable enough for my mom's bad back was very important, since she would be visiting often and her health is obviously important. I got exactly what I wanted and needed, and I was very pleased with my purchase. I haven't had any guests over yet to try it out, but the friend I was staying with was renting a furnished apartment and her bed was absolute garbage. She has very little money and also needed something inexpensive, but quality. When she tried my new bed she was very impressed. She hasn't gotten one yet since she has no money, but I believe it's one of the things she's saving for. An unexpected but welcomed surprise was that I discovered that this bed (I have the twin) is longer then the standard twin mattress. Despite thinking that finding sheets that would fit would be harder (which turned out to not be true) I was pleasantly surprised by this. I don't remember reading that it was a Twin XL but I'm glad it is- it makes it so much more comfortable when you can stretch out and not dangle off the edge. One downfall: While this mattress is good for a guest bed and dragging it in the closet/under your bed, it is pretty awkward to transport if your taking it out of the house. I imagine the carry case (which is ridiculously expensive) makes it much easier, partially because you're not worried about putting it down on the dirty floor. But without it, it's bulky and there's no good place to grab and hold onto it. Because of this awkwardness it also causes it to feel heavier when moving. When carrying it up to my new place, I actually asked my friend to come over to help me with it. Also, this is a minor concern since it is temporary, but the gassing did give me quite a headache. I am prone to getting headaches easily, so if you are sensitive to this then you will want to let the mattress air out in another room for a couple weeks before you use it. All in all, this is a good quality product, and I would definitely recommend it to others. \I've been sleeping in this bed for 3 months now and I have no complaints; I'm even considering getting the larger version for my bedroom.

I would like to highlight the brilliant costumer service, I’ve received as its clear how the company pays attention to details and does not leave costumers indifferent, they have been following up the shipment since the first moment I order the mattress. The mattress arrived on time, it expanded immediately and in less than 2 hours I was enjoying a very comfortable bed, easy to fold, very light. Material looks very good quality, zippers are fine. Overall, I’m really happy with the mattress and the company.

I cannot sing enough praises for both the quality and comfort of the mattress, but also for the company itself. My Mom (who is almost 80) came for a visit with her friend. I ordered the mattress late, having just gotten over covid I wasn't even sure if I'd be ok by the time they were to come so everything was on pause, and the order went in late. I ordered this because though I do have a cot I did not think it was going to be comfortable enough for my Mom and because she was not able to get upstairs to the guest bedroom she had to stay downstairs. The company immediately shipped right out, which I so appreciate, and though the mattress did not arrive the day they got here it DID arrive exactly the day it noted on the order sheet, and they tried to get it here as fast as possible. My Mom slept (or rather didn't sleep) on the cot the first night, was not very comfortable for her. This mattress showed up the next night, I set it on the sofa/coffee table square, which was exactly the width of the mattress, and two chairs for the end support, sounds awkward but I didn't want her to have to get down on the floor. I also ordered the fitted sheet, fits like a glove and well made, also ordered the storage case for the XL mattress, fits like a glove and no dog hair or dust getting on it. Back to the comfort.. so I set the mattress up for my Mom, it was about normal bed level, I laid on it myself to test, felt like a dream, got it ready, my Mom got on it and told me it was SO comfortable she thinks she was asleep before I even got upstairs!! She did not toss and turn at all because it held her so comfortably, making this daughter SO happy because it was my Mom's first time at my new house and I wanted her trip to be great. She slept on the mattress the next 2 nights she was here, slept like a baby each time. The tri-fold is not noticeable at all, did not separate, was absolutely PERFECT, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! I will be taking this mattress, instead of my cot, to my Mom's if I bring a friend along. Also seems like it will work perfectly in the back of my Honda in case I'd like to put down a seat and camp in comfort going cross country. I am utterly thrilled with the quality, comfort, and company behind this mattress. I would give 100 stars if I could, so happy for reading reviews and making the right choice. This is a very comfortable and fairly firm mattress. I am really pleased. It is super easy to unbox, and the very faint odor when first unpacked dissipates very quickly. The mattress cover is well made and is easy to take off and put back on. The cover washes up nicely, and dries easily on the lowest temp in the drier. It folds up easily for storage. Speaking of storage, Milliard should really offer a reasonably priced carrying case for this, because it is a bit hard to handle and move around when folded. The case for the twin XL is a ridiculous $117. I bought a carry and storage case for the full size mattress (52" x78" x 6") from Amazon for $36 that is the same only bigger. I will use the extra room for sheets and blanket, all in one case, that will stay clean and ready for use while in storage. At this price, the case should be included. I am still giving 5 stars because I love the mattress and cover. They are of high quality and I expect them to be long lasting.

I would give it 3.5 out of 5 if I could, to give you a more accurate rating. But I will start with the important bit; It is pretty comfy. It wont beat a good mattress, but it certainly beats any air mattress I have ever used. The price I feel is kind of high but everything seems to work as advertised. It unrolled well, was fully "inflated" within an hour or two and the day it arrived it was close to -28C, so if it can unroll that fast cold it should be good for most. I have seen some reviews complain that it took a week to unroll but that was far from the case for me. Others have also mentioned a smell. While when I opened the box there was a bit of a smell, akin to plastic or foam, I have not noticed it since and have used it every night since I received it. If I were to make a few complaints I would certainly say it is on the softer side, rather than firmer. I read a review suggesting getting the six inch version and I am highly thankful for that review as they were absolutely correct. The fact that it doesn't come with a bag is also very disappointing, especially when they charge you 100$ minimum for a simple case for it. If this could have been folded 4 times as opposed to three times it could have been stored a bit more easier and with more case options. I will not be getting a case for that very reason, and feels like a bit of a gouge, but what can you do. I would recommend the six inch mattress however.
