It is a beautiful necklace however I ordered 2 necklaces from 2 different sellers in said price range & this chain is by far inferior to the other seller’s chain. . I was expecting a much better chain . The heart is beautiful tho & engraved well. Chain just super super thin

I bought this for myself and it is just Beautiful! This looks like I went to the jewelry store for this beautiful necklace, loved that I didn’t have to pay Jewerly store prices! I was surprised how quickly I received it also.

I have always wanted to give my mom something like a mother's ring or what have you. This necklace popped up and was perfect timing and answered what to give my mom for mother's day that wouldn't take 6wks to get to us (like a mother's ring). I went through and customized it with my name and birthstone as well as my brother's name and birthstone. We received it and I gave it to my mom right away. It is a beautiful necklace and the customization was there and correct. The issues I have with this necklace it that my birthstone color was off tremendously and mine and my brother's names were super tiny. Thankfully my mom had her reading glasses on and was able to see that the names were in fact there. She's ecstatically happy with this and I guess that's all that matters.

The pendant with the names and birth stones came out nice. The chain was itchy and my wife had to switch to another chain.

Hubby got this for Mothers day with mine and our daughter's names engraved. I've worn it ever since and its kept up pretty well with constant wear. I do not take it off for showers. The engraving is a little rough but good enough. There is no fading in color so far.

Took almost 2 months to receive order, necklace and chain feel extremely thin and cheap, if you’re giving this as a gift please do not waste your time or money.I definitely wasn’t expecting the best quality for this price point, but it was exceedingly below my expectations.The back is hollow and looks and feels almost like something you could get out of a gum ball machine.The only reason I did not return it is because I felt it would be too much of a hassle based on how long it took to receive initially.Very disappointed by this product.

When I ordered this, I was given a delivery time that covered a week. At the long end of the date would be late as a present. It arrived on first day of this time span. No mistakes and beautiful. The mother of my children continues to wear it daily.
