Velo Wide Channel Saddle - Black

I recently bought a bike and the seat was awful. So uncomfortable. could not sit down for 1 minute before it started hurting so much. So i bought this replacement. This was great! Did the job! now I can ride sitting down and it doesn't hurt my bottom. To be fair its really good, but the price is a bit much for it. I guess you get what you pay for. A good buy.

A replacement saddle for my 15 year old Dawes Discovery 301, seems to fit the bill. In fact, I think it’s a near-perfect replacement and probably actually just an evolution of the original saddle.

Arrived well on time. Very comfortable after the factory fitted blade...Easy to fit and adjust..Made my many miles per week a joy now...Thankyou.

I've searched for ages for a saddle with this shape - most other women's saddles that I've used just leave me sore at the front, and the deep full-length channel on this saddle completely relieves that (thanks heavens!). Plus it's available in white - to match my white classic bike! Certainly the equal of Italian saddles that cost me lot more money - I don't know how they do it for this price. I haven't spent all day riding with it yet, but it promises well. Highly recommended!

Changed the default, fairly hard seat on my indoor cycle.Now I could easily do sessions twice as long, not worrying how to place myself on that seat.Well worth if you looking for less pressure right in the middle.Mind that there's relatively more pressure on the sides using this kind of seat though.I haven't tried any other seat like this, but it's a lot better than I imagined.

Saddle is comfortable - not great but not bad. My biggest issue is that each time it rains, the black accents have been washing off, leaving black all over my clothes and turning the rest of the saddle black and becoming a nightmare to try to clean. I expected better quality at the very least on something as simple as that.

This is the most comfortable saddle I have ever used. I stupidly believed the wider the saddle the more comfortable it would be. I started developing a sore so after some research I was recommended this saddle. The sore has gone and I'm now enjoying riding far more.

Very good - I've tried a number of different saddles with various types of padding, but was always left with a numb feeling after a ride. This saddle really helps.
