見た目がしゃれているので、購入しました。大根や長いもをおろしてみると、軽くすりおろせ、食感もいいようです。従来の本格的な銅製のおろしがねでは、使用後きれいにするのが大変でしたが、このおろし器では水道の水を内外に流すだけで実に簡単にきれいになり、衛生的です。ただ、予想通り、おろした内容は、おろし器の表面に付き、裏面まで流れ出ませんので、下部についている容器はスライス時以外はあまり意味がないようです。きらきらしてきれいなので、そのまま立てておいてもさまになります。ということで買って損のない品かと思います。

収納の場所とるし使いにくいです。途中でぽきっと本体がおれてしまうのでほんと使いにくい。普通の平らな陶器のすりきで十分です。

This grater makes quick work of grating cheese, carrots ginger & potatoes (for potato pancakes). I use a mandoline for julienne and slicing, but have been using a flat grater for carrots and cheese. When I went to a friend's home for dinner recently, I helped her prep using this grater. I came home and ordered one for myself the next day. The grater is sharp and the handhold is solid. There is a rubber/silicone rim around the bottom that keeps the grater steady and in place while using. I have not yet found a need or reason to use the lidded container, but it stows itself neatly up in the bottom of the grater and does not protrude (as pictured) for storage. One quirk I did notice however, is that although the storage container fits two ways on the bottom of the grater (either as a catch basin, or up inside for storage), the lid of the container only fits the container. I initially thought the lid would also fit on the bottom of the grater, but it does not. It would have been great to be able to snap the lid onto the bottom of the grater so contents would be contained in the grater itself. It would be easy then, to just pick up the grater by the handle and transport the grated contents to saute pan or other pot. Despite my disappointment in not being able to do so, I am still very happy with this and would recommend completely.

Muito legal, gostei mas o compartimento não é legal, sempre raspo em outro recipiente! Mas muito bom!
