The tabs extend just enough for easy access. They are a little pricey but it is almost impossible to find dividers of this quality for that size binder so Filofax pretty much has the market covered. The 6 piece pack is great as some other lines only offer a 5 cut version.I bought enough to use as A-Z dividers in my binder - as refills for this larger A5 binder are hard to come by.
