Nice but not for me.
Has caffeine in the energy ones. I have t used caffeine in 18 years. Sleep ones made me feel drugged and I did not sleep. Reminded me of a CBD or Sleep medication. Nice portable packaging. The company and manufacturer offer 100% guarantee. After talking with Amazon I was refunded and told to donate or dispose of it. I plan to donate it.

Packaging issue
Unfortunately the box I received was damaged and somehow the packs got wet? I couldn’t use about 9 of them because they were a solid sludge and no longer in powder form. Pretty disappointing for the price I paid. Taste is good.
