Cornbread was easy to make adding a few additional items. Delicious!!

We love this cornbread mix! Just enough heat to give it some flavor but not too hot to eat- but we love spicy. The texture is thick and fluffy out of the oven. You can smell the jalapeno in the mix as you prepare it to bake. So easy to whip this up and throw it in the oven for stew/soup nights. Good price compared to our grocery store which was out of stock and how we came to buy it here.

I used this as a base for a cornbread I made, I added some of Tinis jalapeño Evaporated milk to it as well as fresh chopped jalapeños and cheddar cheese. Everyone loved it. Smaller then I thought it'd be thats why I gave it a 4 stars but taste was great
