Built to last
Not to be used in everyone's kitchen due to the cost! With that said, it is a true commercial unit and is built like a tank! An average can that I use in my home kitchen is opened in a matter of seconds! Also, there are parts available from the manufacturer!

Waste of money
Its absolutely junk. Don't waste your money worked good for about 2 weeks an now it won't hold the can. Just keeps kicking it off.

Saves time
Edlund's commercial can opener is exactly what we needed. it saves time! After years of buying $25 manual can openers and having them break, I finally bought this electric can opener. I am so glad I did.

This Edlund can opener is used 5 days a week at a soup kitchen that I volunteer at, we open 30 - 40 cans a day and it had held up just great, we all love it.

This is an expensive pice of junk . don't order it. My staff cannot use it at our school. It does not fit an 11 " can that are the ones that schools use! # 10 cans cannot be opened by this
