グリッパーのセットが安定する。赤1本で足りなくなってきたからもう1セット買おうと思います^_^

グリッパートレーニングによる手の甲や指の付け根の痛みに 「Metolius グリップセイバープラス」 （のゴム部分）が効果的だったため、 同様の効果と複数の強度＆バックアップを求めて購入。 個人的な印象としては、 感触はトレーニングチューブに近く、 強度はザックリ3段階？ 白 [弱] 初めてでもグイグイ広げられる 緑 [中] 白より筋トレ感がUp 黄 [中] 緑と同程度に広げられるが緑より幅広なためか心地よい 青 [強] 緑＆黄よりさらに筋トレ感がグンとUp 赤 [強] 青と同程度に広げられるが青より幅広なためか心地よい 星を一つ減らしたのは、白が数日で切れてしまったため。 個人的には黄と赤をおもに使用するため不都合はないが、 長持ちさせるためには、同じ部分に毎回負担がかからないように配慮が必要。 5本指で使用する場合、親指と隣り合う部分が一番伸びるので、 ロゴを目印に、ズラしながら使用している。

握る力ばかり鍛えると 手の甲を痛めます。 手を広げる筋肉も鍛えましょう。

やはり拮抗筋のトレーニングは、大切ですね。これをやってから、握力測定してみればわかると思います。

輪ゴムとはあまり変わらない商品。値段もう少し下げたら良かったのに

これが無いと鍛えられない部位だったのでいいと思いますが、まだ弱い方から2つしか使っていません。 強いほうを使えるようになるのはいつになることやら。

Gute Qualität und man bekommt von jedem band 2. Es ist wirklich wichtig, auch mal die Hand/Finger Strecker zu trainieren!

These are the best bands for extensor workouts. I've bought this pack three times in 9 years. They wear out and break after a couple years of use like any other band. Regular use they will last a couple years per pack. Not perfect, I wish they would be a little more robust and wish they made an even heavier duty one.

The white band breaks Easily where as the other color lasts very long..keeps ur fingers and hand healthy and strong..

Ottimo prodotto, utile da usare per chi utilizza molto strumenti quali kettlebell o pratica stacco da terra, trazioni, ecc... in cui la presa è molto sotto stress. Io personalmente li ho presi come complementare al grip training. Il venditore inoltre è pienamente affidabile. Ottimo in tutto!
