Can this be used in the detergent tank of my pressure washer. Should I dilute it and at what ratio?

Yes the dilution ratio is 1:500 (yes thats correct, this stuff is very concentrated and works great)

Do you use this with every wash?

I purchased this product because I have a Ceramic coating applied to my vehicle. This product was recommended by the Detailing Shop that applied the Ceramic coating as a wash that would not harm the Ceramic coating. So, Yes - I plan on using it each time with a car wash foam gun.

500:1 with Foam Canon? Pressure washer already adds a lot of water, so what ratio water/solution should go in canon tank to achieve 500:1 on car?

I don’t really think you shoot for 500:1, I think you shoot for a ratio that gives you thick foam. I drew a line on the bottom of my foam cannon bottle, my guess is about an ounce of soap to 32/33 ounces of water (a liter bottle). To wash my Camaro uses about half a bottle, so I get two washes out of that mix.

Could i use this as a first step wash, before applying my claybar,ceramic coat, etc?

This is a PH Neutral shampoo for coated vehicle. I would use chemical guys clean slate to strip any wax on the vehicle before any ceramic coating and you can also use it as a lubricant for clay bar.
