Perfect bulbs
I have the panel in a bedroom in back of the house, it doesn't get a lot of sun. However it charges to perfection. You can switch the bulb on when needed. Great for power outages, hurricane country here. I want more of this type, I have others, these are my favorite.

Using more for emergency than some are
Got some chuckles out of other reviews so adding one. We have one in every room inside with sleepers anyway. Came back to add a couple more for the rooms without sleeper. Panel charges just fine through the old, I mean 1940 old winds. So the funny part, have had more than one come rushing back asking why the thing is glowing during the day and they cannot figure out how to turn it off. Answer, they recharge quick and some of that has to go somewhere. It will not glow after the sun isn't hitting the window. Then, what about in the morning? LOL Not that bright but awesome to see at a glance just peaking in the room that it is charging.True hate part - why have to have a push, push, and push again that is a flasher. Blinds everyone instantly just as you are trying to turn it off. Truly idiotic said in a loving gentle way or I would not be here buying another set. Get something like a very low red warning going to flash in five seconds. Just following a trend some knuckled head said would be awesome, but think through it and why have to go flashing like that unless you need to? Hold the button down for five seconds or something would then go into help mode, awesome.Brightness, depends on what you can handle. We have never even tried the USB since in the window, they are ready to go every time we needed either. Huge advantage even with a Yeti 3,000 on hand, they can charge themselves. Midnight cloudy skies, hung one to sit out and stain some boards from midnight ot dusk (2nd shift job). Means a couple of drops on grass. Didn't even blink. Throw them down a cliff, doubt surviving it unless your cliff is shorter than you are tall. Since I have them inside, the basic temperature does and will play a part with ANY version of solar panel and batteries, charging rates, duration and so on. Shutting up now, but last thought, back to buy another pair since I truly like the price point with now known functionality.

Good but not great
Well it is easy to use the solar chargers are cool and theoretically be used for other products. I use them in my shed which makes it well creepy at night as it’s not quiet bright enough to light the entire small shed creating lots of shadows. Probably would be amazing in a tent.

Very nice.
These are smaller than I expected- though they 'give' the measurements. I didn't actually process that. I just 'assumed' they were standard light bulb size. They are a bit smaller, about 2/3 the size, and work fine. They have bright, dim, strobe and off, settings. And lasted about 4 hours between charges. I like them. Very versatile. You can charge your 'light bulb' in a couple hours in bright sun, also.A neat thing about the solar cell? You can use that to charge other things also. Like your cell phone. I have. ;-)

They appear to work good but there's no instructions whatsoever even as the first cleaning them
I like the product it seems the work perfectly I'm saying it to my wife in a different country cuz their power goes out all the time but they work Straight Out of the Box the only thing that I was disappointed in was they had no instructions whatsoever how to clean the solar panel or or anything else about it if there were no instructions there was no nothing so you got a box with two lights and chargers and you got to figure out stuff about yourself so and if they work great I probably buy them again and they're pretty simple to figure out but they should have some type of instructional even as far as cleaning the solar panel

Very dim; one stuck on blink
I've not had these a month yet. Bought one for my greenhouse, one for the chicken coop. One still works; so 2 stars total. These are not very bright. One of them got stuck on blink a week ago. I brought it inside and was just letting it blink itself out of battery when my husband came out of the room it was in and said "That's crazy, I kept thinking I was seeing SOS and then went into the guest room and saw that light blinking SOS. I can't turn it off, so I put it in a drawer so a neighbor doesn't see it and get worried." Glad he noticed it. I was so frustrated with it, I didn't even notice the rhythm. If these had worked brightly, and consistently wow, they would have been perfect for what I needed.

Not solar but cellphone rechargeable bright white lights
These lights are bright white light that are charged via a cellphone charger. We tried the solar panels but the take power rather than give it. Would prefer a warm or amber colored light, but do like the bright and less bright settings. One charge on less bright lasts one night.
