When your looking for a bottle that you need to carry juices or just water this bottle is perfect as it holds 1ltr (don’t get me wrong it probably is a good blender bottle for your shakes but I think there gonna be no need for a 1ltr shake) so I have just a 650ml bottle for that. But for getting your minimum of 2ltrs of water a day in your body this is great, everything you expect it to be.
