Piece of crap
Fan wasn't working , nothing was getting sucked in like it showed in the videos. Used the bait they recommended and Nothing got trapped or even when it was off nothing went inside.Waste of money.

Quiet and effective
Flies were driving us bananacakes on the back patio but this has made a huge difference. I’ve used all kinds of bait but what has worked the best is TINY pieces of cooked chicken or very ripe cantaloupe. I press the bait into the little swoop shaped grooves and make sure it’s even with the main surface so the rotating thingie doesn’t sweep the bait inside. the bait needs to stay moist to work well. I’ve caught so many flies. Once I accidentally left it running all night (it’s extremely quiet) and - oops - caught a lot of crickets. It’s not a joyous thing to clean out periodically but it’s a great trap and I really prefer it to messy, sticky fly paper, other traps I’ve bought and made, or the swatter method.

Completely ineffective product
We live in Hawaii and flys can get pretty bad in populated areas. Within minutes of being outside I'll usually have 5 to 10 flies on me, which is extremely annoying. I got this device to use on our back lanai and have been running it for a week straight now. To date I've caught ZERO flies. I've tried honey, feta cheese, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and even "fly bait". I think the rotating top scares all the flies away because they are still landing on me. Returning this device.

Great…if you have a good one?
Within the hour the trap caught its first one. Noise is minimal. Later on another was attracted to pieces of a peanut butter & cheese snack cracker and a fruit & grain breakfast bar. Pile too high and it will get messy as the bait is bulldozed up by the spinning top. The bait slots should be slightly deeper to aid in keeping the bait flush with the surface. After reading the other comments I expect this cheap trap to die. But since it’s quiet, I might have a good one. Only time will tell. So only 3 stars…for now. Most of you…no…all of you sellers ask way too early for a review. Wait for us to experience your product. It’s makes us even more angry when we give a 5 star followed by an angry 1 star review telling you how much your product sucks instead of telling you how to improve it. Screw the reviews

FLY TRAP DOES NOT WORK!!!
No matter what kind of 'bait' was put on this, it did not attract any flies. Went to return but realized it was too late for a refund. Purchased this one time before and only attracted 4 flies and never used it again, decided to give it 1 more chance, this time did not attract anything! Never purchasing again!

Does not work when you follow instructions.
The fly trap functions, I did not have any problems with the fly trap spinning when turned on or turning off and on with the power switch. However, the instructions say to fill the bait slot with honey. So, I filled the bait slot with honey and stuck it near a window that attracts most of the flys that make their way into our home. The trap was left running 24/7 for well over a weak and never cought a single fly. Several flys landed on the fly trap but flew away when it spun around to them and touched them. Also, there were many other flys that came near but were not attracted at all. Possibly this item would perform better with a different bait, but I followed the instructions and used honey. This was quite ineffective. This is why I am giving 1 star.

Simply! just don't waste your money

The item looks extremely cheap and simple, made from the cheapest plastic. It makes noises during work. Flies are flying around, and really annoying, but this device is ineffective in catching them.

Una que otra mosca entra pero después de un rato se escapa.

When something moves on the device, flies are not interested in sitting on the trap ! I tried the bait provided in the package, honey ,... but didn't see any flies like to sit on the trap !

Muchos dicen que no funciona pero lo importante es el tipo de comida que les pongas para que se acerquen
