Diamond-Herpanacine Mind Tablets, 60 Count

I was looking forward to trying this product because the same company makes Herpanacine which works for rosacea (for me) and acne (my teens) and we have used that for years and it's simply the best for skin problems. In trying Diamond Mind, unfortunately the amount of caffeine in two tablets per day severely affected my sleep cycle. I haven't had coffee in years bc of its many side effects, but I was hoping the combination of other ingredients and it's "natural caffeine from coffee seed extract" at 200 mg per day would all work together to help my focus but the opposite was in fact what happened, this amount of caffeine could not be tolerated by me, 59 yo female.

I found taking this product helped to keep me to be more mentally alert without the caffeine buzz. My head remains clear without any side-effects and I drink coffee in the a.m. so whenever I take a supplement I do not want it have to any caffeine or similar product. After a good nights sleep, a couple of tablets with breakfast makes me feel more mentally alert and I can clearly tell the difference between taking this product and/or coffee so I know that coffee isn't the effect of clarity because I only drink one cup per day. I am very sensitive to taking any type of supplement and/or medicine so I usually take half of the recommended dose of anything and I began this product with half-size doses. I'll have to keep taking it to see the long-term affects (and try some time off) but it is worth the money and the quality seems very good.

Supplement for ADHD that is really helpful without the flattening side effects of a stimulant. After taking for several months, I always go and decide maybe it's not doing anything. So, like the typical ADHD brain, I stop it. But I definitely note a decline over 4-5 days and restart it.

I've been taking these for about 3 months and I like them. I can tell when I take them I am more focused with tasks.

I find Diamond Mind very helpful during stressful times.
