I ordered the brown one but because they were finished I received the black one, with low quality mat leather and big blotch of polish next to company's logo. It looks like they started to polish it but then decided not to do it. So I needed to polish it myself. Now it looks better. The delivery was on time.

Good price, quality good. Only downside is it's quite feminine, I bought it for my son but the stitching on the back is diagonal and too girly. Bonus is I got a new bag!

Nice satchel. Bought for our son as it is unisex - was worried it might look like a woman's handbag but needn't have - it doesn't! He loved it and uses it for work.

Good quality bag for primary school aged kids to use as a homework satchel

Very disappointed. I bought this as a gift for my grandson. In the picture it appears a lightish brown…almost tan. When it arrived it was a very dark brown, bigger and heavier than expected and not meeting the needs for which it was meant.The supplier quickly agreed to a refund approved by Amazon but refused the return postage. I had to pay £6 for return. Not pleased about this.
