Best $100 I have spent on my boat! Great quality and construction! Really easy to install

Very easy install, took about an hour. installation instructions were very basic so some mechanical knowledge would be helpful. here are a few tips that I did that could help the novice or professional.1-after assembly of unit I put small pieces of 3M double sided tape-1" wide x 2.5" long on both beams where I decided I wanted to mount the Bimini pivot point.2- put the pivot brackets on the tape and push down firmly. take a few different measurements to make sure brackets are evenly centered.3- using a 1/8" drill bit, drill through bracket holes and tape and stay center of the hole in the bracket.4- remove brackets and tape and apply a layer of marine grade silicone (I used permatex hi temp black silicone) to the bottom of mounting hardware and squirt some in your drilled holes to help seal the screws using a hand held screwdriver, firmly screw the brackets in place. wipe off excess silicone. repeat same process for strap brackets on front and backNOTES: by using the 2 sided tape it will help you hold the brackets in place and for fitment to ensure proper location also this will keep your gelcoat from splintering and chipping when you drill. I also STRONGLY RECOMEND NOT USING A POWER DRIVEN SCREWDRIVER TO ATTACH HARDWARE. if you strip the predrilled holes out you will have a mess trying to fix

This is an awesome product. I bought this on Amazon for less then $100. It would have cost $300 plus anywhere else. It is high quality and came with $100 worth of mounting hardware alone at WM prices. Fit perfect and stays up at 48 MPH no problem. It blocks the mid day sun when 100 degrees plus, makes California delta boating bearable in the summer heat. Highly recommended this bimini. Fellow boaters can't believe I paid $100 for this. I went for the white canvas because of the heat, I have dark blue canvas on the flybridge of my big boat and dark colors get too hot.Anybody looking for a Bimini top this is the one. Screwdriver included.

I got this bimini for my 1982 Catalina 30 TR. It fit out of the box (no cutting frame, etc.). The forest green color is beautiful and water beads up on the top. Installation was extremely easy and Naviskin is the best! I ordered the widest frame, but they accidentally sent the wrong (shorter) crossmembers. I called them and I had a whole new frame the next day, no cost to me!You can't beat this deal! I was looking at Catalina biminis which were only 6ft long (not 8) and they were in the $600-$800 range. I had a guy come and quote a custom bimini for $2200. Yikes! This 8' bimini covers my entire cockpit from cabintop to backstay and fits juuuuuust under the boom with the mainsheet fully trimmed on a close haul. To raise or lower the bimini I have to swing the boom to the side, which is no big deal to me bc I leave it up most of the time.Just know that this is an aluminum frame with no support rods, so it can be a bit wobbly from side to side. DO NOT use the frame as any sort of grabrail or handle as you will likely bend/break the frame. But if you are careful and are just looking for an inexpensive way to keep the sun and rain off while in the cockpit, this bimini is the best!

Excellent product for half the price!!!! Easy assembly it took 10 minutes. Mounted it on the boat it looks great . definitely worth the money. other tops were twice as much !! Material is what suprized me , thought at this price it would be thin sail cloth material but it is quality material !! I will be buying two more for my other boats. Don't hesitate . for the price you can't go wrong !!

I was nervous to purchase this item due to the low price but after it arrived, it is now my favorite thing about this bimini. Outstanding! Installed this bimini on a Westerly Centaur 26' sailboat and (after reassembling it THREE times due to the goofy instructions) it made a fine addition to our boat. I had to drill out the rivets on the base & shorten the poles up about 4 inches to make it fit under the boom. I can't believe the quality for this price after looking at tons of other biminis in the $600-$800 range. Nice color, nice fabric, well built.

I couldn't be happier with this top so far. Haven't even done my full install yet, just assembled and positioned it to check fit & shade coverage. Good hardware kit, looks like mine came with two spare screws and a nice mini Phillips head. Material does not seem flimsy, and the instructions were sufficient for less than an hour from unboxing to inspected and ready to mount - even with doing 1/3 of it backwards the first time.ASSEMBLY TIP: the front of the top is marked with a tag you'll see when extending the fabric on the first step, this is shown in the drawing, but not with any visual emphasis or labeling, so take care to orient your fabric and legs front to front as shown.Also, when I looked up my boat's dimensions online, the information was contrary to my firsthand measurements by a couple inches so I double checked and for a few inches within my potential install zone my rail from outest edge to edge is 63", though I'd measured within either side within 24" of that doing spot checks, so I ordered one size up at the last minute and it appears to be a great fit.I mounted mine first to a spare 1x3x10 at the installed distance and then was able to more easily control the balance with an un-mounted front or back strap that tape would hold under minimal tension for me to step back and preview.

Very well made! Was easy to assemble tubing, as the instructions had pictures of each step. The hardware is first class too. You can't beat this deal. I noticed 4 or 5 sellers, all asking more for this product. Although I did not experience their product first hand, the Naviskin is first class!

Great product part missing out of box called and the lady was so nice got them the next day very pleased

I had to buy a different mount for the poles. I needed the side mount, not the bottom mount, due to the curve in my windshield.

The top was as expected to be. Down side was that it faded quick but I would buy another.

Great quality, easy to essemble and amazing price. My husband even forgot to take it down and was on the highway going 70 before he realized it and it didn’t break.
