Can this be Used in water based polyureathune to reduce brush marks?

I do not think that would be a good combination. Best test: try some on a waste piece of wood snd see what kind of finish yoke get.

Can i drop alcohol inks on this medium to create swirls?

Yes. It's fabulous for alcohol inks.

What are the ingredients?

I read the bottle that floetrol comes in and the only thing I can see about its ingredients is that it is latex based and can be used with latex and or acrylic paints.

Can flood floetrol mixed with acrylic paint be used on glass?
