I think this machine does exactly what it is supposed to do make ice tea and that's what it does perfect if you're to lazy to shut it off when its done thats on you don't give the product a bad review because your lazy also it pours just fine every thing in life is not instant like your iphones so maybe if you take your time and learn how to pour you won't have these problems

Unpackaged my Dash Iced Beverage Maker and have to say I am extremely pleased with how easy it was to use it. I made iced tea and can see that on busy days with bugs out here in Virginia summers I will no longer be doing sun tea! I can now let this machine sit and execute controllable brew levels. Moreso the other coolest thing about this item is how easy it was to clean it up and store it away once I am done. It appears to look and operate just as a typical coffee brewer and I am definitely loving this machine! Highly suggested buy!

I liked the looks of this teamaker. However, the narrow pitcher when full is heavy and wobbly and the lip of the pitcher tends to slide off the edge of the glass if you aren't especially careful.I DID like the tea, it made much better tea than my old one. Sadly, after only one year, it quit working. The water would not go through and all it did was spew steam out the top. We have only used filtered water, so I know that was not the problem. I was sad to have tho throw it out after only one year, and I notice that they are almost $10 more now than they were last year.I plan to replace it, so I will have to research the other brands and take my chances. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Got this for the wife because her coffee pot went out. Keep in mind if you want something that makes a container that comes with it full, its great. In order to make sweet tea you have to mix 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar and heat it, then mix with what you made. Other wise you drink unsweetened. Does make it pretty quick so she makes 2 batches strong and uses the pitchers we have for tea. Works out ok. Worth the Money if you Don't drink Tea like we do. A lot.

I like how fast this makes tea. I thought I would of liked the slender pitcher however, it leaks out the sides of the pitcher every time you pour. I’ve learned just to pour it over into another pitcher.
