If you get leg cramps, take this. I use to get them and after taking this for two weeks they are gone. Been taking this now everyday for 6 months and no more leg cramps.

great supplement
This is the second time I ordered this supplement. It was recommended by my chiropractor. I specifically wanted a supplement with lithium in it. I tried another product that just contained lithium but this one makes me feel the best. It contains 9 trace minerals. It's a round tablet that has some coating on it. I crush it before I take it. No stomach upset and it makes me feel great.
