Packaging not suitable for the weight of the item.
The arm was delivered in a damaged, flimsy cardboard box, without the rocker and extension arms and link rod. The parts that were actually delivered looked sturdy though!

Missing parts
Missing 50% of the kit it's missing the rocker arm extension arm, returned pity it's all ready been used missing parts looks good strong but shame not checked before posting out

Der Stützarm ist mit ein paar Lieferproblemen nach 3 Wochen bei mir in einem sehr gutem Zustand angekommen keine Mängel. Trotz langer Wartezeit bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Was exactly what I was looking for and was the right tool for the job

Good quality and value
I installed the gib crane in my carriage to swing a hose reel from the side of the garage to the center. It works very well. I did add a few bolts to fix the telescoping tube so it would not pivot. The gib is well built and the tubular steel is a thick gauge and very robust. The build quality, such as welds and painting are very good.
