Very good product
It's really does work. I have bad urinary issues not really even UTI related but more prostate and I'll take it and the urgency is much much better and less burning feeling in urthrea so I say it's very much worth it. I just take 50ml in mouth them drink water after that and seems to work fast as well.

Didn't Realize it at First
I didn't realize it at first when I was using this product that it was actually working! For awhile there I thought my UTI didn't exist..until this Tonic wore off then I would be surprised to realize that yup I still have it. Thats how great it works. And it works pretty darn fast aswell. Better then taking those orange pills that make your pee orange. This stuff works great! Also I am a nursing mother and it has had no side effects for my baby. Great Product!

Lots of alcohol in it
Be careful . This has a lot of alcohol in it and it raised my blood pressure.

It makes the pain/inflammation worse due to the acidity
It works, I'm an RN and have been using this product and Native Remedies "UTI Clear" for patients and family members and they work! Bacteria are immune to antibiotics, bacterial colonization of the urinary tract has become a chronic and deadly problem, but no more! The tonic works well for people with interstitial cystitis (chronic condition of urinary tract inflammation and pain). Also another helpful tip, DON'T USE CRANBERRY FOR AN ACTIVE UTI!!! It makes the pain/inflammation worse due to the acidity.

Few Drops to ease irritation
These drops work! They work so well I have added them to my subscription. I tend to suffer from kidney issues or UTI’s and if I feel one coming on a few drops helps ease the irritation and pain. It’s a great alternative to pills and little to no taste.

I just didn't want the infection to spread and/or get worse so I took the antibiotics
Took this to overcome a series of UTIs. I also took antibiotics at the same time. But, I did finally get over them--at least so far. I am not sure how effective this would be taken alone. But, I do trust the brand. I just didn't want the infection to spread and/or get worse so I took the antibiotics.
