My wife loves this as it’s exactly what she wanted. It dries and curls and straightens and helps her be more efficient in getting ready when we are going out.

This was obviously used. Because the box have been open and taped shut, I opened it and found hair embedded in the bristles of the curling iron. Dark brown hairs I was disgusted. I made sure it was put together appropriately. (it was already together, and it should not have been) went to turn it on after plugging it in and surprise. The blasted thing does not work. I need a full refund plus a replacement that is new not used, and that functions. Photos of this will serve no purpose.

6 in 1 high speed air wrap hair styler Update: contacted seller via amazon and they made it right. update: I keep the air wrap in a drawer in between uses. Removed it the other day and attached the one of the barrels. It was a little wobbly. Upon inspection one of the little pieces that holds the barrels in place has broken off causing it to wobble. If the other one breaks off there won't be anything to hold the barrel in place. Guess I'll try contacting the seller. Very disappointed that I'm having issues after only 3 some months. works as described. curls nicely. listing states 2 yr warranty but no info in the literature about warranty or contacting manufacturer. hopefully there won't be any issues.

The plug ins did not have the grounding pin in them so I could not use them in France. Good thing I had an another one with or I couldn't have used it at all. The brush itself is fine, though use caution as it does get very hot.
