I’ve tried 5 & 10mg. My sister in law told me her doc recommended a much lower dose. I was skeptical but it give me 5-7 hours of continuous sleep before going to the bathroom. Highly recommend!

Potent stuff
This was about 4 times more powerful than the cheap tablets from Wally-world. So, I am going to assume this is high quality and the other one is crap. That said, it did knock me out for most of a day, despite being only 0.5mg, so I may need to look for another option.

Taking 1.5 mg was perfect for me! The 2 mg dosage is too much and the 1 mg didn’t do anything! I was happy to find this product!

Used to be good - Something is off now - Smell terrible
I’ve been using this product for 4 years without complaints, up until now. The last two bottles I purchased smell horrific and are unusable. Very disappointing, as these were my go to every night.
