Not what you would expect for a Haynes
A Haynes manual is always a good investment. I bought this book to work on a 71 Triumph 250 Trail Blazer which is essentially the same bike. It is hard to find a manual for these bikes that contain more detail than the factory manuals. The only thing that disappointed me was they used a brown comic book type paper instead the stiffer smooth white paper. The brown paper doesn't allow you to see the detail in the photos as well as the white paper. It is still worth buying it though.

Disappointed
Rather disappointing manual with terrible photographs as well as poorly written instructions .Purchase the Rupert’s manuals instead.

BSA Lovers
My husband can't imagine a BSA lover without this tome in his or her private motorcycle library. He's read it multiple times and always finds a new fact or detail he missed. Terrific photos and iillustrations as well.

Five Stars
Solid, it is just a manual though.

Mechanical Sense
This book may not be the panacea for repairs but if you can't figure out the instructions then sell your Victor to someone who is more mechanically inclined or take it to a qualified repair shop. Brit bikes are always in need of maintenance. Get used to it.

BSA ビクター
ビクターはいいですね。入手は夢で終わりましたが、BSAシングルの整備書としては、まあまあ使えると思います。
