Works perfect, I store alot of information and so far I've had no problems, it's been 6 months or so now.

データを保存したが、PCが読み込んでくれない。これは怖くて使えません。非常に軽い事も気になる？分解して確認したい。

MacBook Proでの使用のため購入しました。 安心して使用できる製品だと思います。 持ち運びをする訳では無いのですが、電源アダプター不要で使用できるので、無駄に電源アダプターが増えずにすみます。 Mac環境での使用で問題ないメーカーです。

趣味でyoutubeに動画投稿してますが、撮影した動画を保存して加工する際、重宝してます。コンパクトで電源不要なので、出先でも使えて良いですね。

最悪。買って2か月で動作不良に。データのバックアップを取っただけで、実際に動かしたのは3、4回で、ノートパソコンにもデスクトップパソコンにもつながらなくなった。ディスクユーティリティも試してみたが、まったく読み込まない。3万円をドブに捨てたようなものだ。つながるかどうかもうちょっと努力してみるけど、たとえつながったところでこんな不安定なHDDは使い物にならない。せめて返品期間内に壊れてくれたら良かったのに残念。 【追記】 アマゾンの返品期間に間に合わなかったけれど、ウェスタンデジタルのサービスセンターでは返品交換を受け付けてくれました。当該製品はすでにモデルになく、同等の代替品ですが、返品して2カ月後にようやく届きました。これが無事に動いてくれるのを祈るのみです。交換してくれたので、★→★★★に変更します。

Necesitaba un nuevo disco duro para ir haciendo mis copias de seguridad, y como siempre, WD da lo que promete. Un buen disco, de una calidad muy buena y con velocidades correctas. Si tuviera que señalar algo malo, diría que a la hora de poner el cable el conector presenta algo de resistencia, pero no es nada alarmante.

This drive is semi-compatible with at least Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS, by which I mean that the drive works fine to transfer files in password-unlocked mode (which is how it comes out of the box), but to actually password-lock/unlock the drive, that must be done in Windows or Mac (with the on-drive provided software). I researched and was expecting this. I am very pleased with it. At first I was reluctant to use 'old' technology for my backups, but I am refreshed with the experience: transfer rate isn't super-fast, but I find it consistent, unlike the wild variation in rate I see with flash storage.
