Smartshake Reforce Stainless Steel, 900 ml, Black

High recommend - stainless steel, so very durable, good weight and feel in hand. Stainless steel also makes drinks stay colder for longer. I use it for protein of course, but doubles up a great water bottle for gym or on the go walking the dog. Mixing is very good, protein comes out very smooth with no bits!

This works failry well. Previous to this I was using a cocktail shaker for my protein shakes. While this worked well, it did give me craving for cocktails first thing in the morning which is quite unhealthy so decided to go for something specific to the job. St first I wasn't thrilled as I found it left a lot of lumps in the drink despite furious levels of shaking. I've now adopted a slightly different technique which seems to be working well. Protein powder goes in first along with about 2 inches of milk (or water). Turn the shaker upside down and give it a really good shake for a 30-60 seconds (finger over the cap! Just in case...). Then, after a minute or so if shaking, take off the lid (remembering to turn the shaker the right way up, obvs...) and top it up to the desired level with milk (or water). This gives a lump free drink at the end. This shaker has a huge capacity and feels well made. The seal in the lid feels good and the cap does click into place in a sturdy manner. Stainless steel construction means it doesn't stink and the outer coating (outside only) feels nice in the hand. It easy to clean and just does what it needs to. I only use it at gone but the seal in the lid and positive engagement of the cap means I'd have no issues using it on the go. Although if I was using it on the go, I'd probably want an insulated one to keep things cold.

Good for protein shakes however need to make sure the lid is correctly on as if not it will leak every wheee but other than that. Really good product

The exterior design and finish are generally good, but functionally this is useless, i'm guessing I have a faulty one looking at the feedback, and that feedback was a large part of why I purchased it. Mine won't seal properly as the thread isn't defined enough, (in fact, the metal this is made from is incredibly thin) to keep the lid secure but, my MAIN gripe is I can't send it back easily as it states returns not accepted, contact the seller, (which always makes me think they know stuff is possibly faulty), as of now, still not heard anything back after contacting. I personally wouldn't recommend this just for the returns policy let alone the fault & poor construction.

Usually go for grenade shakers, but this was the same price on a deal so thought I'd give it a go. Never usually a fan of steel shakers as the caps never screw on tight, but this shaker seals tight, cleans easy, can be rinsed and used for plain water after powders and doesn't effect taste. It also shakes well and dissolves quick like most mesh shakers. The paint job also adds to the grip and feels good in the hands. Easy to clean too as my hands fit in the bottle, wider than others such as huel.

Love love this shaker. Its nicely crafted, feels substantial in my hand and is made of steel. I've got a white one and it looks like its off a space ship. All the seals close well and it dissolves my powders with a few shakes. I bought a sleeve for it to protect the paint job and cos metal bottles get bashed up over time. The only criticism is the silicon part around the top is going to go more yellow over time, but I'll put up with it.

I love the matte rubber on the bottle as it makes it grippy and easy to carry around. I bought this for my protein shakes when I make them at work and I can say that it holds the temperature of the liquid it holds very well and super easy to clean as plastic protein shakes are usually hard to clean as well as smell bad. I highly recommend this to anyone!

Fine enough, but not quite as solid as other brands I've had. I also find this shaker style isn't for me, as everything gets stuck in the bottom, but the breakyuperthing in this one sits at the top. Not my favourite cup. Also not dishwasher safe, which is my bad because I didn't check before purchasing.
