My wife has extremely low potassium, and when she gets sick and/or throws up, her hands and cheeks start to tingle and cramp. After trips to the ER to figure out what was wrong, each time we discovered that it was her potassium. So now we buy these and whenever she starts to feel tingly, we can give her these. They melt in her mouth so she doesn't have to try to keep them down if she's vomiting. So glad we don't have to go to the ER anymore for this problem!

My husband had been in school for many years. When his brain got exhausted from the stress of his school work, he would take these and would be able to focus and finish up his school work for the day. He has since tried these ones and they still work great. They seem to not expire since he had his old one for many years until he eventually ran out. I would recommend to people who are lacking the stuff that this has. It has helped my husband!

I love this product, it works for me like a charm. I'm calm, cool and collected in minutes. And if know me it's not easy to get to. I can take it for couple of days if needed then stop for while till some other stressful time. It saved me countless times.
