I bought this and another product because my husband and FIL has really bad spring-summer allergies. It worked SO WELL. The design is great, doesnt take much space and can put in the corner. It is not loud unless you use it at it's full strength, but it sounds like the wind, not a machine made sound. Air quality and cleanliness, AMAZING. My husband and I tested by, yes, farting next to it. It cleared up so fast. Absolutely worth the investment and I bought 2 more (on sale, cant afford full price) for my family because they are allergic to everything and their pets are also allergic to Texas pollen.

Great product. Works well. It has cut down on the pet fur and dust in my 15x20 room. Pay attention to the dimensions. It's not a tiny. It looked smaller to me so I almost didn't get it as I wanted a larger purifier. So the size is exactly what I wanted / expected. It's not silent but it's pretty quiet to me. Again, no surprise for me as I checked the db rating first.

Coway has always been a winner in my home, so i bought this for my apartment. I'm impressed with how much gets collected, well, maybe that's the wrong word, as it ought to be depressed by it! It means there's a lot of dust and such in the place that needs filtering! I would recommend these units in kids' bedrooms, near the kitchen for the smells of cooking that can be irritating to those of us with certain sensitivities. Coway's emit little sound, the are easy to do filter changs, and if the little lights bother you, put masking tape over it! I find it a good tiny night light for middle of the night wake ups that require some navigation from the bedroom.

Great air filter, works well in apartment/townhouse, especially for days/seasons I don't want windows open. I have one for upstairs and one for down. I sleep with it on and during the day rotate it in different rooms (is lightweight). I like the auto feature where it automatically changes speed based on air quality, and I set the timer if I'm not in the room. Overall the air is fresher, it works when cooking/smoke/ventilation needed. Only 4 stars because it's not a miracle worker if something is extra stinky (cats), that takes time.

Purchased for new baby. I have noticed that our room stays dust free longer and food smells from the kitchen don’t linger as long. I enjoy the soft glow as well. Only issue is, when dust does start to collect, it sticks in all the slots at the top of the machine and can be hard to clean every single one.

I bought this only 4 months ago and already the light was flashing to change the filter. This is impossible since I've been vacuuming the filter on a regular basis to make sure it's clean. I tried calling Coway but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I was on hold 3x for more than 30 min and still no one picks up. This person named Fernando keeps emailing that I should hold down the change filter button until it goes off and then put it back on. I said that will be like I just changed the filter and it's resetting, but then how will I know I really need to change the filter? He goes back and forth telling me the same thing, does not offer any other troubleshooting or help in maybe replacing it, or giving me a refund! There's a 3-year warranty but had can it be honored if no one answers the phone or offers any help?

This little guy works incredibly well. We don’t have a true exhaust vent over our stove, and got this to sit on the fridge and manage whatever the recirculating vent built in to the over-the-range microwave can’t handle. We leave it on the automatic setting and it does a great job ramping up while we cook and then going back to the low setting once the air is cleared. I like that you can turn off the status indicator lights, and being able to just hit the auto button means it’s easy to use, no fiddling with settings. It takes care of strong cooking odors and was worth every penny. We also have two other Coway air filters and they have lasted several years so far without any problems.

This air purifier is finally one that works awesome for 2nd hand cigarette and drug smoke (yes it comes through my vents in my brand new apartment and was making me very sick). This air purifier has a Hepa & Carbon filter. I'm feeling normal & healthy again!

actually surprised at how efficiently this filtered the air. i have it normally running on sleep-mode during the day and it's ultra quiet so the sound not noticeable (the light indicator reminds me it's on). if i need a quick 'boost' of clean air, i let it run on max for about 15 min then back to sleep-mode for normal operation.

I definitely notice a difference in the amount of dust and cat hair in my room/ basement, I do feel it helps with my allergies which was the reason for purchase. I appreciate the sensor and light that indicates air quality. The automatic feature is great, pretty much the only feature I use as it adjusts speeds as needed, which isn’t often as it does a great job at maintaining consistent clean air. Wish it had Bluetooth but that’s something I can live without, especially given my overall satisfaction with the product. Just don’t forget to vacuum the filter every now and then as it’s supposed to last a year. Will update after the year mark if I remember 😆
