When this arrived it was in a sealed sterilized bag that reminded me of what you would see at a dental office or doctor's when using tools that have been sterilized. Before using, I did inspect the roller itself and none of the needles on the roller were damaged. It does come with a clear plastic container that allows me to safely store this roller. Not to mention, where the head of the roller is in the container, I'm able to pour rubbing alcohol inside and roll it inside to help disinfect before and after using. I do hand wash the container without using a sponge as that will scratch the surface and cause germs and bacteria to grow. When done, I just close it up and put it in my drawer. There is no lock on the container but it does stay shut. The roller itself does take a few times to get used to it but am loving the results so far. I'm using this to get rid of old scars and some darker freckles on my face and so far they're been slowly getting light. I had an old scar near my eyebrow from about 10 years ago and it's hardly even noticeable now. I've been using this roller twice a day for about 2 weeks now and my skin is looking great. Not a lot of pressure is needed when using this either.

It is good roller but it got full realy very fast after 6/7 uses. It’s not worth for that short period to pay that price.

Really my only complaint is that it’s not for Inhome use it can mess skin up very easily if not used 100% correctly

The first day my crown of my head was a little sore but it went away. Now I do this rolling on my hair once a week, I use serum. Once a week I do rice water too once a week, keep your hair from falling. This roller let your serum penetrate so that the hair grows, especially the Rice water. It's no Joke it works well. Micro needle were not painful at all. I had one before that I gave away because I could handle the idea of rolling this on my skin. With my recent skin issues, I thought to give it a try again and this one turned out to be painless. It gives a similar feel when using a good facial scrubber. Inside the box there were no instructions but the actual box has some helpful information. I did not know there were different sizes needles and this was the second smallest so that made me more comfortable. Inside is very similar to medical packaging but one has to sterilize it before using. If this is your first time using a mico needle, this was a great choice but watching/reading some info before may be helpful.

I loved the roller the first two uses. This item you need to be really gentle with when it comes to using it on your face. I only used it twice before on my third time it came apart. I am unable to put it back together to use it. It's a waste of money for it to break within 3 tries. I was going to buy more once I decided it works for my skin but I won't know because I didnt get a chance to use it enough to see if it's doing anything. Very disappointed.
