I always use a little battery operated frother that I bought here on Amazon but probably isn’t needed to mix in this product . I’m picky about my coffee and I’ve tried other collagen products that have that unflavored gelatin flavor…not good. I’ve been using this particular product for 4 plus months but I think these types of collagen products are WAY overhyped. I’ve always had weak fingernails and I have possibly had minuscule improvement. I have not noticed any difference in my skin or hair or at least yet. I have seen some improvement in my joints and that’s what keeps me using collagen! I really wanted to at least see some improvements in all that they tout these products will do but after taking 2 scoops every day for a quick start for about 6 weeks I went down to the recommended one scoop a day. Have you noticed the huge price increase? I think it went up about $10 at the first of the year (another reason I’m taking 1 scoop a day). (Everything has gone up!) When this canister is empty, I will try another brand or type to see if there is a difference.
