Painless Learning Place Setting Placemat 12 x 17 1/2 inches, Multicolor

Love this placemat! We've owned two - one for 10 years - and they are rugged, don't slide around on the table, easy to wash-up, and have correctly sized spots for dishes and glasses. Great way to teach youngsters how to set a place setting!

Just place the silicone mat on the table, and see how all the flatware, glasses, etc should be arranged in a formal setting. The flip side is a simple setting

My three-year-old son really likes this. He helps me set the table and he likes to put things in the right spot. It was shipped flat, it's easy to clean, and I think it will last a long time.

They won't make you dining room table more elegant, but it will be more ordered!

I ordered these placemats despite the feeling that they were expensive for what they were. I knew they were just laminated pictures. I have bought other similar placemats for less to lean planets or presidents and find that during dinner we could play games quizzing each other and make dinner and learning fun. I figured that if the kids learn etiquette by using them and it made learning fun then it was worth the price. I had not seen them anywhere else so I went ahead and ordered them online. They worked as I had hoped. The only complaint is the price is a big high for the product and that the picture is a bit narrow for real placement of the plate, fork, etc.

This is of great quality and a simple design which was easy to follow for our 2 year old when we first bought it. Needless to say, he had used it sooo often that it was time for a replacement. He is 3.5 yrs old now and can do a place setting like a pro thanks to this!
