No scratches and it came with the key, which is good because I have had pull stations that show the key but did not come with the key, but I’m glad the seller gave these pull stations the key. 🔑

I should have known about the product more before purchasing it and I wish there was more information about it before the purchase. You need other stuff to accommodate this alarm. It is not plug-in go

It looks like a nice unit but comes with no key to reset

Description misleading.
Purchased for my son who's very into pull stations. The description indicated battery operated with audible siren. It is not battery operated. And I doubt there's a siren so unless you know what youre doing you will be taken. Now to return this will be hell. It shipped quick but means nothing when there's an inaccurate description that's a bald face lie.
