So far, this machine has worked flawlessly. The primary use is for wine slushy. I love how it indicates that you need to add water when alcohol content is too high. Following directions has resulted in perfection every time. I appreciate the ease in cleaning and small countertop footprint. Tried the cheaper brand and after two units that had issues, I bought the Ninja. Huge difference in design and performance. Wish I had bought this one in the first place. Love it!

Ayer llego y despúes de lavarlo, lo puse en práctica con un lt. de piña colada, tardo como 47 min. pero valío la espera. Quede gratamente sorprendido.
