Quality, mineral content, value for money, health benefits. Where do I start? I used to have constant migraines. About 4-5 times a week. It reduced it to 2-3 times a MONTH! The hydration level is amazing! Yet you have to consume it with moderation and put a crystal of salt in your mouth before drinking your water. Did this once a week and it works wonders!!!

Not sure of the benefits but the taste I can tell is a lot tastier then table salt, I first tried it with a bit in my mouth as seen by Barbara on TIK TOK but seen as I like the taste I’ve started using it in my cooking and you don’t need a lot and it flavours the meal a lot better then the old table salt.
