I have used this as a supplement for many years. At 77 years old I find that it improves my cholesterol levels and helps my joints.

I have always been quite sceptical of supplements but was talked into trying these. It took about 2 months before I noticed anything, and it was quite a subtle but notable effect. I no longer have stiffness in my ankles first thing in the morning when walking down stairs. The sharp pain I had in my knees when walking upstairs has also go. If you have some minor joint problems they could help. Just give them time to work, it's not a quick fix.

Très bon produit, bien formulé avec curcuma, gingembre et poivre noir. On ressent une amélioration du confort digestif et une sensation générale de bien-être après quelques jours. Les gélules sont faciles à avaler et bien tolérées. Une prise régulière apporte de vrais effets positifs, sans effet secondaire.

Ottimo integratore! Le capsule sono facili da assumere e la combinazione di curcuma, zenzero e pepe nero è davvero ben studiata. Mi sto trovando molto bene: nessun fastidio allo stomaco e una sensazione generale di maggiore leggerezza e benessere. Apprezzo anche il fatto che le capsule siano vegane e che la confezione duri a lungo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero conveniente rispetto ad altri prodotti simili. Consiglio di assumerlo durante i pasti con un bicchiere d’acqua per favorire un migliore assorbimento della curcumina.
